COMPANY & ESTABLISHMENT RECRUITMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Confidentiality & Privacy Guarantee
Chef Consulting Services (CCS) and Executive Chef Grant Kipling undertake that all establishment details, hiring criteria, compensation figures, and operational specifications submitted via this recruitment form remain strictly confidential. No company specifications are disclosed or published on public platforms without explicit written consent.

2. Candidate Vetting & Credentials
CCS provides executive vetting, portfolio auditing, reference verification, and credential checks for recommended culinary candidates. The establishment agrees to conduct any internal interview procedures and trial assessments in accordance with applicable labor standards.

3. Placement & Placement Fee Structure
Upon successful matching and engagement of a recommended chef candidate (whether full-time, seasonal, contract, or rotational), placement terms and consulting fees will be executed pursuant to the formal Placement Agreement issued by CCS.

4. Non-Circumvention
The establishment agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, engage, or hire any introduced candidate outside of the CCS executive agency framework within twelve (12) months of candidate introduction.
